how to retouch photos
full view of all the images are strongly suggested.
right click > view image ( or open image, or something similar)

step one:


open the original in photoshop



step two:


fix the blemishes using the patch tool.

step three:


fix more blemishes here using the patch tool.

step four:


and fix more blemishes here using the patch tool.



this is the result



step five:


duplicate the layer, set it to softlight and lower opacity



adjust saturation to retouched image if needed.



step six:


filter > liquify warp areas that need to be smooth out



result



step seven:


filter > liquify bloat areas such as eyes and lip if you wish to enhance them



step eight:


dodge and burn to add more contrast





step seven:


filter > sharpen > unsharpen mask

compare:




all images are different so you will most likely have to change the settings i used, such as the the pixel radius and opacity.
