how to blend (method two)

Step One:
This is the method of blending that i like to use. It requires understanding layer masking. There is another tutorial that focuses just on layer masking, if you still have trouble. I'm going to blend these three images

. Select the layer, and click the layer mask button for all 3 (its a rectangle with a circle inside). example.

Step Two:
You click the layer mask thumbnail (next to the picture image, right now it should be white). Ok, try to follow: White is what is shown, Black is what is hidden Reread it and keep that in mind. You use the paint brush, just like an eraser. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLICKED THE LAYER MASK, if not, you're gonna be drawing over your picture. example.

Step Three:
You might ask, if this way is like erasing why do I like it better. Or not lol but anyway, I like this way better because you don't exactly "touch" the image. The orginal is still there, if you don't like how it is you can go over it(white now since i want it to show). Now, I touched up some spots. example.

That's all, just flatten. (Layer > Flatten Image) FINAL OUTCOME

After some finsihing touches ---> tada!
